This spooky, spiderweb hat is quick and fun to knit! Contrasting vertical stripes are added to the fabric after the hat is all knit up. You will crochet a chain of the contrasting color to get the striped effect using a crochet hook. Don't worry if you are not as familiar with crochet as you are with knitting. Detailed instructions are included at the end of the pattern. Instructions to knit the hat using either commercial or handspun yarn are also included in the pattern.
